Vitamin K is usually found in greens. Such as mustard, cabbage, radish, beets, groundnut, wheat, barley, olive oil, red pepper, banana, and other greens.

Vitamin K  is also found in most of the leafy vegetables, cabbage and carrots, beans, garlic leaves.

In the case of blood. Vitamin K plays an important role in keeping blood concentration accurate.

 It usually regulates hormone functioning. As a result, it takes a positive role in various problems related to menstruation. For example, vitamin K helps reduce pain during periods.

In the case of the heart. Vitamin K  helps keep blood pressure low by preventing mineralization.

It is able to pump blood through the body freely to the heart, so the heart is good.

Mineralization occurs naturally with age, and it becomes a major risk factor for heart disease. Taking enough vitamin K also reduces the risk of stroke.
